There really was a Rex who could do all of these things found in his story. He is the lead dog shown on the rig demo in sunny California.

Sarah de Monche: "Fascinating documentary on Volochanka, central Taimyr. Homeland of the aboriginal Samoyed. Russian spoken but English undertitled. Film made in 2011. Apparently there was then still at least one white dog left in this settlement. Litters bred with two white bitches from Volochanka imported in 2005 showed that this white color is recessive just as it is the case with registered Samoyeds.... a white dog with tip ears of a Nganasan who still lives in the traditional way on the tundra".
